Pinochet got arrested/tried/convicted because he wandered into a place with "rule of law" and Kissinger might be avoiding trips to Europe because he'd be subject to a war crimes trial. Is 50-cent even in their league? When there are extradition rules that would have extracted Idi Amin from his Saudi sanctuary, we can look at crime/punishment with a bit more detachment. Love.
